fantastic stay!
included parking great bed excellent shower fresh ingredients
parking was included which was great. the bed and shower were great and just what i needed after a long day. i slept well (honestly, the best sleep i've had in ages!) and i was so thankful for the air conditioning. cooked breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients.
i noticed the reception staff didn't appear particularly happy, a slight contrast to the otherwise excellent service.

parking was included, but the receptionist initially said otherwise. they honoured it within the rate, though. the bed and shower were great! air conditioning was very welcome. i had a great night's sleep. the cooked breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The pillows were uncomfortable. They were too soft and became too thin for proper support.

romantic getaway
easy check-in spacious room ample towels 24-hour gym
check-in was easy the reception was staffed at all hours and the room was immaculate and very spacious it was perfect the bathroom had a large shower and ample towels the bedroom offered a tv kettle hairdryer iron and ironing board along with tea coffee and hot chocolate. the 24-hour gym suited our sleep schedules.
the breakfast price and room were expensive it was not luxurious at all.

the room was quite large and spotlessly clean it was a pleasant surprise to see everything well-kept and in order the lighting was excellent adding to the ambiance.

the gym access was available 24 hours a day it contained several treadmills and stationary bikes allowing me to maintain my fitness routine i also used the on-site laundry services.

loud music poor administration
the room was clean and the location was good for my needs.
I found the music from the bar very loud. It went on until 2 am. it has not been reimbursed to my account yet. the administration service was quite poor overall.

friendly staff lovely bar decent size distant carpark raining weather cold shower
The staff was friendly. The bar and restaurant area seemed lovely. My King room was decent in size. The heating system worked well.
The car park was located around the back. It was too far when it was raining. I believe a back door to enter would help a lot. I had to have a cold shower.
